Business Overview

Application Fields

Cold forming is a high-speed plastic forming process conducted at room temperature. It involves precisely cutting metal wire to a set length and then shaping it into the desired workpiece by extruding it through a series of die cavities. Compared to other manufacturing methods, cold forming offers advantages such as high precision, exceptional production efficiency, and superior surface finish. This technology is widely used in the production of components for industries including automotive, aerospace, electrical, and precision medical fields.

Global Reach

We are committed to serving customers with stringent quality requirements by providing high-standard products: including manufacturing, design, and improvement solutions for cold forming tools, as well as rapid technical response and support. At the same time, we place great importance on protecting customer data, technical confidentiality, and labor rights. Currently, we operate globally and are actively expanding into new markets.

1.Market Focus: China – Domestic & In-Country Japanese

78% of our clients are from China, with 38% being domestic enterprises primarily concentrated in South and Central China, closely tied to the automotive and precision manufacturing industries. The remaining 40% are Japanese companies operating in China, mainly involved in the supply chains and trade sectors of Japanese automotive brands such as Toyota, Honda, and Nissan.

2.Market Focus: Japan & Southeast Asia – Overseas Presence

Overseas clients currently account for 22% of our business. Among them, 11% are from Japan. Compared to Japanese tooling manufacturers, we offer products and delivery times that match or even surpass their local quality, while maintaining a competitive edge in pricing. Approximately 5% of our clients are from Southeast Asia, primarily overseas branches of Japanese companies, who also collaborate with us due to their trust of our quality and service.

3.Market Focus: Europe & North America – Global Expansion

Currently, clients from Europe and North America make up a smaller portion at 5%, but our quality and service have already gained their trust. We are actively planning to expand our overseas client base and exploring ways to further enhance localized services and address global technical challenges.
