We leverage digitization to drive production and have integrated advanced digital software and equipment into our operations. Our production process is fully traceable, from raw material sourcing to final shipment, ensuring transparency and quality at every step. Here are some examples of how we utilize digitalization:
01.Production Tracking
During production, workpieces at each processing station will automatically report machining status (e.g., process type, operator, processing time, remaining steps) via PDA. The reported data can be queried and tracked in real time through our ERP system. Should future tooling issues require root cause analysis, we can review historical processing conditions to identify contributing factors.
02.Capacity Allocation
Data-driven insights from our ERP system enable real-time monitoring of workload across all stations. We dynamically allocate production resources based on customer demands and on-site conditions, ensuring timely fulfillment of urgent short lead-time orders even during order backlogs.
03.Consumables Management
CNC machine tools and consumables are managed through an automated warehouse system. Employees access tools using their unique work IDs. The system triggers instant alerts to suppliers and procurement when stock levels run low, enabling proactive replenishment. This approach ensures machining efficiency while collecting tool usage data for optimization and anomaly detection.
04.Raw Material & Finished Goods Management
To guarantee shorter lead times, our warehouses stock carbide in diverse sizes and specifications. Completed products are systematically managed in digitalized warehouses using a WMS (Warehouse Management System), ensuring precise control over large-scale inventory with exceptional accuracy.
