In 2019, we forged a strategic partnership with National Machinery LLC, a American industry leader with 150 years history, to serve as their exclusive agent in South China. About How We Ensure Quality

1. Rigorous Process Control

We utilize advanced digital systems such as ERP, WMS, and MES to manage orders, materials, and production schedules, enabling real-time adjustments. Workshop data is synchronized with the systems, allowing us to monitor production status instantly and make prompt adjustments. Additionally, digitalization enables us to analyze and optimize processes scientifically.

2.Streamlined Procedures

We maximize the simplification of complex and intricate processes. For example, by assigning a single employee to a single task, modularizing processing programs, and implementing silent instruction delivery, we minimize the chance of human error, enhance quality and efficiency, lower the skill threshold, and ensure high yield rates and a sufficient, rapid labor supply.

3.High-Standard Supplier Management:

From raw materials, we only source products from top-tier suppliers. We conduct periodic quality-based evaluations and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure effective process control and faster response to demands.

We employ industry-leading measurement systems, including Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) , to meet any customer’s dimensional measurement requirements.
